Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $5.00
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $10.00

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Shipping Locations

We ship to the US mainland and US islands (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands).

Please note that shipping to US islands may require additional transit time beyond our standard delivery estimates.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@thenothingelse.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
