Refund policy

We believe in the simplicity of our formulas, and we want you to feel the same way. If a product isn't a fit for your skin, we’ll take it back, no questions asked. 

• The Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• The Condition: We don't care if the bottle is opened or used. If it’s not for you, it’s not for you.

• The Requirement: To receive a refund, the physical product must be mailed back to us. We cannot process refunds for items that are not returned.

• How to Start: Email us at contact@thenothingelse.com with your order number, and we’ll provide the return shipping instructions.

Please Note: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
