Antioxidant that stabilizes oils, preventing rancidity.

A supercritical CO2 extraction method pulls out beneficial compounds from the leaves without heat or harsh chemicals.

Antimicrobial that helps inhibit bacterial and fungal growth.

Same CO2 extraction but with berries. Under high pressure CO2 turns into a liquid-like state that evaporates completely after extracting beneficial compounds.

Another antioxidant that increases shelf life.

Sunflower seeds are cold-pressed and distilled at low-heat to isolate Vitamin E that is then purified with a (vegetable fermentation) ethanol.

Radishes & coconuts are fermented by probiotics like lactobacillus - the same ones found in kimchi.
