Here's my story.
It all started my freshman year of college when my lips became so inflamed I was too embarrassed to leave my dorm. For weeks, I tried different products seeking relief, but my lips only got worse. That’s when I discovered I was allergic to preservatives, they are impossible to avoid, and they are toxic to everybody.
The Problem
Water-based products need a preservative, but there are none safe for humans.
We all still use them anyways.

Sunlight is good. Stop using daily spf products.
In 2019, my psoriasis got bad. I developed over 1,000 dots across my body. Miserable time. Do not recommend.
My only long-term solution was UV light therapy. It started in a dermatologist's chair, but after one visit I packed my bags in NYC and moved to San Diego. Two months of San Diego sun helped my psoriasis disappear. Now, whenever a patch of scaly skin pops up, I sit in the sun for a bit, and the UV rays zap it away.
